@letRVoiceBHeard :
There is a great book written by <a href="http://www.nourishinghope.com/AutismDiets.html" rel="nofollow"> Julie Matthews, </a> titled, "Nourishing Hope for Autism."

"Nourishing Hope" is an amazing book that covers all autism diets—not just GFCF! Parents should purchase this book if they want to quickly understand how to apply autism diets and why they are important to children with autism. Julie Matthews is an autism nutrition specialist all parents should get to know.

I feel that diets could help everybody but as the article states it's not a one size fits all diet. Each individuals body immune system is different and therefore what may work for one person may not work for another. It's not an fast fix per say as you have to tweek the diet for ones needs.
